Mission Brief - Concrete Jungle

The Concrete Jungle is the most notorious section of the City, the slum lords are expanding into larger areas along with Highway 7 and building warehouses and Districts to facilitate their money laundering business. 


The Syndicate has moved in and there are no signs of leaving anytime soon, shut them down, and take back what was once a peaceful section of the region.
