ONLINE WAIVERS 

BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY:

Prior to registration at MARKED, each player is required to fill out a waiver form. To help speed up registration and get you playing right away, please complete the electronic form and we will look it up for you on arrival.

All players must sign a release form to fill in a waiver prior to playing at the park. No exceptions.

Parent signature required for all participants under the age of 18 years of age.

Age Recommendations:

Paintball (Age 12-24+)

Axe Throwing (Age 14+)

Dodgeball (Age 5+)

Disc Golf (Age 5+)
